Inter Miami will kick off its second MLS season at home against the Los Angeles Galaxy on Saturday, April 18.
The Herons will play a 34-game slate with 17 of those contests taking place at Inter Miami CF Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.
Inter Miami will be immediately tested with road games against 2020 Supporters’ Shield winner Philadelphia Union — who were a 9-0-0 at home last year — as well as a May 2 contest against a Nashville side that eliminated the Herons from the 2020 MLS Cup playoffs.
Two stretches that may determine how successful Inter Miami is under first-year manager Phil Neville are a five-game stretch between July 21 and Aug. 8 when the club doesn’t leave the state. The other will be part of Inter Miami’s run-in when the club has consecutive road games against Atlanta, Portland and 2020 MLS Cup Champion Columbus in October.
The Herons were 5-2-2 at home during the 2020 campaign. Here is a full look at the Inter Miami 2021 MLS schedule.
